Premium leather cover is incredibly strong and resilient, yet with a more plush, comfortable feel. Specially blended poly-fiber filler is professionally packed to extend resilient shock absorbency. Center aligned weight is precision placed for maximum force dispersion and balance. Includes 1” poly sponge rubber inside liner to keep bag cylindrical and firm, with added reinforced tie-down steel D-ring on bottom for securing to floor, if desired.  Arrives with chain and swivel included.
